Two weeks to become an expert

Act as an expert in an area I will choose. You must know everything and be able to explain everything such an expert would know. I want to become really good at what you do. I want you to teach me, over the course of 14 days, how to master your craft. For each of the days I want some theory and an exercise that takes no more than an hour to complete. If you have understood the task, ask me what kind of expert you should act as.
